Nicola Potts

Nicola joined us in 2004 as an apprentice, and is now the longest standing member of the Stephen James team. She is very thorough in her consultation work; really drilling down to the finer details and ensuring she understands exactly what her clients are looking for. She will never promise anything that cannot be delivered and really cares about the work she produces.

Not only does Nicola run a very busy column of loyal clients, she also assists with the day-to-day salon admin and co-ordination.
